🔞 2. Strict 18+ Age Restriction

CrushEka is an adult dating and matchmaking platform strictly designed and intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

• No Minors Allowed: Individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating an account, accessing the platform, or submitting personal data.
• Age Verification: Users are required to declare and confirm their birth date during registration. Anyone attempting to register with a birth date indicating age below 18 is immediately blocked from registration.
• Photo Verification: CrushEka employs selfie verification to confirm identity and ensure authenticity. Any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual will be suspended pending verification or permanently removed.

How to Report In-App:

1. On Any Profile: Tap the options menu (⋮ or Flag icon) located on any user's profile card -> Select "Report User" -> Choose "Child Safety / Underage User" or "Inappropriate Content".
2. Inside Any Chat: Tap the header options menu (⋮) -> Select "Report & Block" -> Specify the violation details and submit.
3. Immediate Safety Action: Reporting immediately blocks the user from contacting you and alerts our safety moderation team for priority review.

⚖️ 5. Compliance with Laws & Law Enforcement Reporting

CrushEka complies with all national, international, and regional child protection and safety regulations:

• NCMEC Reporting: In compliance with international standards, any detected incidents of CSAM or CSAE will be reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline.
• National Law Enforcement Cooperation: We actively cooperate with local law enforcement, including the Sri Lanka Police (Cyber Crime Division) and the National Child Protection Authority (NCPA - Hotline: 1929), to assist in the investigation and prosecution of individuals violating child protection laws.
• Data Retention for Legal Process: When an investigation involves child exploitation, relevant session logs and user data are securely preserved for law enforcement agencies pursuant to legal process.
