CrushEka Account & Data Deletion

📱 Option 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your CrushEka account and all associated personal data instantly from inside the app at any time:

1. Open the CrushEka app on your Android device.
2. Go to the Profile Tab (bottom right icon).
3. Tap Settings (⚙️) in the top corner.
4. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

✓ Your account, chats, photos, matches, and Firebase authentication credentials are wiped immediately upon confirmation.

✉️ Option 2: Request Deletion Outside the App (Web / Email)

If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your device, or prefer submitting a manual request, our dedicated Privacy Team will process your request within 48 hours:

Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request - CrushEka" including:

• Your registered Mobile Phone Number or Google/Facebook/Email address
• Your CrushEka Short ID (if known)
