At CrushEka, romance and friendship flourish in a secure, private, and respectful environment. We practice transparent data governance, strict encryption standards, and affirm that your personal data is never sold to third-party brokers or advertisers.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Full name, verified mobile phone number, email address, date of birth (mandatory 18+ age verification), gender, dating preferences, bio, and lifestyle tags.
• Photos & Verification Data: Public and private gallery photographs. For voluntary selfie verification, facial geometry vectors are processed on-device or securely verified to confirm authenticity and prevent catfishing. Raw facial biometrics are not sold.
• Location & Proximity Data: With your permission, approximate radial location is used to calculate distances to matches. Exact street addresses or GPS coordinates are never displayed to other users.
• Messages & Communications: In-app chat messages, image attachments, and timestamps to enable real-time messaging and safety moderation.
• Financial Information: In-app purchases, VIP subscription status, and CrushCoin balances. Payment card numbers are processed directly by Google Play Billing and never handled by our servers.
• Device Identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications for matches and chats.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Match Recommendations: Connecting you with users matching your dating criteria and location preferences.
• Safety & Moderation: Automated scanning for prohibited abusive content, harassment, and scam protection.
• Authentication & Fraud Prevention: Verifying phone numbers via SMS OTP and selfie checks.

4. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

We partner only with industry-standard, GDPR-compliant cloud providers:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: Encrypted user authentication, Firestore cloud databases, and push notifications.
• Cloudinary: Highly secured, encrypted media delivery for profile photos.
• Google Play Billing: Secure purchase and subscription transactions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You maintain full ownership of your data at all times. You can permanently delete your account in the app under Profile > Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account, or by visiting our Account Deletion Page or emailing privacy@crusheka.com.
